What comes into your mind when you hear the word Valencia? Many People might think of the city of Valencia in Spain. The Valencia that I’m writing about is the name of a new Spanish Restaurant. I highly recommend the “Valencia” restaurant because of the food and atmosphere. Valencia is named after the city in Spain. When you drive past this restaurant and see its name, you will think of authentic Spanish cuisine. The “Valencia” restaurant is situated half way down Thepprasit Road if you are coming from Sukhumvit Highway. It is next to the C.A.T. Accounting Company. I got a chance to visit this restaurant. The first time I entered the “Valencia” restaurant I was impressed by a warm and friendly welcome from Mr. Vincent and his family who are the owners of the restaurant. He is a Spanish man who has 25 years of experience cooking authentic Spanish cuisine. He started his career as a chef when he was 19 years old in a restaurant in a hotel in the city of Valencia. The hotel and restaurant belongs to his family in Valencia. This guarantees you that the food’s taste and its preparation are authentic Spanish cuisine. His first priority is the cleanliness of the food and all areas of the restaurant, inside and out, top to bottom.
There are various kinds of food to choose from on the menu and there are specialties of the house. If you have never tried authentic Spanish cuisine this is you opportunity to find out why so many people around the world crave Spanish food. The proportions of each dish are quite generous. Bring your family or friends with you for a wonderful meal in a relaxed atmosphere.
